Assisted a world-class Chicago-based medical center in the successful execution of their major transformational initiative, which included the implementation of an electronic medical record system (Epic), new state-of-the-art data center, and a refresh of all information technology. Staffed and helped program manage the complete design and deployment of all infrastructure build-out for the hospital-wide deployment of the Epic EMR system.

For a mid-sized Chicago northwest suburb based hospital, we staffed an infrastructure consulting team to perform a complete review of the technical infrastructure. This effort helped stabilize the core infrastructure and created a better alignment for IT organizational merger activities between their two hospital facilities and new data center buildout.

For a major Chicago-based research hospital, we staffed an infrastructure consulting team responsible for the architectural design, project leadership and implementation of an enterprise Active Directory/ Exchange consolidation project for 25,000 users. We also staffed an enterprise integration development team responsible for the implementation, support and maintenance of Epic interfaces using Cache, Bridges, and HL7.

For a healthcare-centric, back office/administration provider, we partnered with the VP of Development to recruit and staff an innovative development team. This team developed state-of-the-art software and tools to launch the company's new Quality and Total Cost of Care business line. The newly developed technology platform helped their health system clients generate higher profit margins and improve physician and patient satisfaction.

For a major Chicago based teaching hospital, we partnered with senior IT Executive Management to recruit and staff the Program Management Office from the ground up to better align the IS Department to drive and execute the future-state technology roadmap and strategy.
